Terms of Service

We sell the following digital products:

• Game Server Emulator (MU Online CrossPlatform): A recurring license for running a private MU Online game server. License validity is determined by the billing term selected at purchase.
• Legend CMS: A one-time license for the Legend content management system, compatible with the Legend emulator.
• CMS Plugins: One-time licenses for individual add-on modules for the Legend CMS.

All products are delivered as digital license keys. No physical goods are shipped.

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We accept cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20) and PayMongo (cards, GCash, and other local payment methods).
• Cryptocurrency payments require manual proof submission and admin verification before licenses are delivered.
• License keys are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active licenses.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered and/or activated.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

• The license key was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• A duplicate payment was made in error

To request a refund consideration, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account or license keys with unauthorized parties.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Platform or licensed software to:

• Violate any applicable Philippine or international laws
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of East Dragon Games Inc or third parties
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any purchased software
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or activation systems
• Submit fraudulent payment proofs
• Use the software for any illegal commercial activity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund.

All software, content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of East Dragon Games Inc or its licensors. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software as described — it does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights.

The Platform and all software products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the software.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, East Dragon Games Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or licensed software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or server downtime. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
